1. ASTRA OTOPARTS & GRESINI MOTOGP EXTEND COLLABORATION UNTIL 2027

   Astra Otoparts and Gresini Racing have announced a new multi-year partnership extension that will see the two parties continue their successful collaboration until the end of the 2027 season.  As the largest automotive component manufacturing and trading group in Indonesia, Astra Otoparts once again places its trust in the Gresini MotoGP project, reaffirming its commitment to support the team and riders Alex Marquez, a consistent podium contender in MotoGp, and Fermin Aldeguer, an exciting new young talent from Moto2, as they pursue continued success in the premier class. 2. BMW Motorrad UK to Host Isle of Man Senior TT Live Screenings

   BMW Motorrad UK is inviting motorcycle enthusiasts to experience the thrill of the legendary Isle of Man Senior TT race live in retailers. On Saturday 7th June, 21 selected BMW Motorrad retailers across the UK will be screening the world-famous road race on big screens - offering fans a front-row seat to one of motorcycle racing’s most iconic events.

   Attendees will have the opportunity to watch a whole host of star riders competing onboard BMW machinery - as they tackle the 37.73-mile Mountain Course aboard the M 1000 RR.

   In addition to the live coverage, visitors can enjoy the showroom atmosphere with like-minded fans, meet and chat with BMW Motorrad experts, and take advantage of special in-store offers. Refreshments and hospitality will also be available at select locations, as the day promises to provide a full-day of entertainment for racing fans and BMW enthusiasts.

3. GRESINI IN FLIGHT MODE AT ARAGON WITH DOUBLE SPRINT PODIUM

   “Marc’s start was a bad one, but not as bad as I’d hoped. I tried to push, but when I saw him behind me, I realised that the smartest thing to do was to settle for second place. On a racetrack where your main rival is so dominant, we need to have a clever approach to racing. We’ll obviously try to defeat him tomorrow, but at the moment he’s got one and a half gears on us. We celebrate another podium and don’t give anything for granted; great job also by Fermin, who keeps growing.”

   “We did take a gamble with the tyre choice, but it wasn’t luck. We worked on it, and it was a carefully thought decision. It was a risk worth taking in the Sprint race also to gather some data ahead of tomorrow. We got a great start which will be hard to replicate tomorrow, but we have all it takes to do well tomorrow”.

    

    

4. D3O ambassador Michael Dunlop claims 2025 Superbike TT podium

   The 2025 RST x D3O Superbike TT Race delivered all the excitement that the Mountain Course is known for – with Michael Dunlop finishing on the podium in second place, trusting D3O impact protection in his Furygan suit. The TT legend was quick from the flag drop, registering as 197.55mph through the Sulby speed trap on the opening lap, but found himself losing time to Davey Todd. This gap reduced to 1.585 seconds in the pit stop at the end of lap 2, before reducing further as Dunlop pushed on in the second half of the 4-lap race, setting the fastest lap of the race on the final lap. Unfortunately, the Northern Irishman found it hard to get his flow back after making his way past Dean Harrison on the road, but was able to end the RST x D3O Superbike TT Race in second place. In addition, there were three riders who finished inside of the top-ten that have taken advantage of the new partnership between RST and D3O – showcasing the cooperation between two of motorcycle safety’s most forward-thinking brands at one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle events. Nathan Harrison, who set his first official 132mph lap during the race, finished in fourth place, with David Johnson in fifth and Paul Jordan in tenth. Ahead of the riders tackling the 37.75-mile-long Mountain Course, D3O and RST hosted an event for riders and media yesterday at the RST race truck at the TT Grandstand. Hosted by special guests Grace Webb and Lee Johnston, attendees were able to get up close and personal with the new limited edition RST TT suit with integrated D3O armour and take part in hands-on product demonstrations from D3O. Mostyn Thomas, CMO of D3O “Congratulations to Michael on his 45th podium. We are glad he didn’t need us and yet again he has shown, what it means to us to Give It Orange.” The partnership with RST, that was officially announced last week, will see D3O armour integrated into all RST-sponsored rider suits, as well as race suits available for public purchase and the full product line in the upcoming RST 2026 collection. TT fans will also be able to benefit from the year of development in collaboration with RST’s elite factory riders, with a limited-edition RST x TT race suit equipped with D3O armour that is available to pre-order at the Isle of Man TT. The full RST range with integrated D3O will be available online and in stores November 2025 as part of the 2026 collection.

5. CRAZY WEEKEND AT SILVERSTONE: TOP 5 FOR ALEX, A NINTH PLACE FOR FERMIN

   “Having won in Jerez, this ‘non victory’ hurts less, but it’s clear that we missed a great opportunity. We had a great start but maybe I overdid it and crashed. The red flag helped me, although maybe it helped Marc more. We’re leaving Silverstone with two points less, but with confidence after a good – yet defensive – race.”

   “Unfortunately I made a mistake today as well. It’s a shame because we had a good rhythm and we could have stayed with the front group. The wind was hard to manage, even though the minimum goal of a top ten was achieved. I’m not happy, but there are Sundays in which points and experience are needed.”
