Allied Memorial Remembrance Ride (AMRR) - Now a Virtual Ride

Allied Memorial Remembrance Ride (UK)This is the 12th year of the run and they are expecting a great turn out for the event. 

Over a thousand bikers of all ages and interests from trikes, sidecars, Japanese, Italian, Harleys to classics sports, old and new, attending from all over the country to this growing national event. In the UK, the ride is through Cambridge to the American Memorial, where a short service is held, to commemorate those who gave their lives. On the same day rides take place across the USA, France, South Africa, Canada and New Zealand, where riders from those countries go the British memorials to show their respects  for those fallen heroes of the allied forces past and present who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Funds raised go to the poppy fund to support British troops and their families.

venue: UK - Meet at Cambridge Services (Junction 28 of A14) by 11:30 for a 12.30 start. Address for satnav users: Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, CB23 4WU. A short ride to the Cambridge American Cemetery & Memorial for a service to be held from 13:45. 
The Rendezvous Point will be the HGV parking area, marshals will be on site from early morning so please follow their directions for parking. The Services are only a few miles from the Cemetery and have all the usual facilities; food, drink, fuel, cashpoint as well as having a Motel.

Barflys Rally

River pub setting for the Barflys awesome 14th annual Rally. Loads of bands and beer, raffle, food, stalls and Rock disco. Raising money for maggies. Gates open 12pm Friday.

AFB 100/500 Annual charity ride

The Armed Forces Bikers annual charity motorcycle ride. 
AFB 100/500 5th Annual charity ride
New venue - new ride. This years 500 mile charity ride will start and finish at the Breighton Ferry in Selby, Yorkshire. A beautiful location at the side of a canal, free camping with toilets and showers. 
500 miles of country and coastal roads with nine checkpoint stops including Thirsk, Scarborough, Skegness, Sheffield Abbeydale and Skipton, usually completed in 14 hours, early start recomended.

The AFB 100/500 is the biggest and most important fundraising event of the year, in 2015 they raised £11.000+. 100% of donations goes to our armed forces, veterans and thier families in charitable need. price: Registration for this event will be £15 per rider and £5 per pillion, available from the website, on the day or at any of the North East bike meets/events. Sponsorship is encouraged (not mandatory), however would greatly assist in reaching the target. Whether you get sponsorship for yourself or as a group or club no amount is too small.

Weston Bike Nights the oneCharity event in support of the Poppy Appeal, organised by the Royal British Legion Riders Branch. 18:00 - 21:00. The events incorporate Bands, Solo artists, street artists, fancy dress and theme nights with Trophies: Jap Power, Scooter/125, American Power, Custom/street fighter, Trikes, European Power, Classic, Honda Goldwing and to finish Bike of the year.
