By filling in this form and sending it to us you are entering into a contract for the ticked amount of payment between yourselves and THE BIKER GUIDE®.

 

All bookings which are sent to us via this form are legal and binding.

Once we have an agreement to an any form of advert/listing/sponsored article, with ourselves, that have a fee attached there is no option to cancel.

We cannot say when an article will be indexed by Google, that is out of our hands, however our articles and content usually appear within the month on search engines. This is not guaranteed, as we are not Google. 

We pride ourselves on the work that we will do in preparing and researching for any client. Once a client has agreed to any form of advertising we will prepare and secure your space, which sometimes means that we do not approach any other similar style of business to yourself and also that we turn down bookings.

Articles must be Motorcycle related.

 

For articles published onto the website, we will publish articles as supplied, sometimes with a spelling amendment.

Links open as a new page.

Guest posts/article appear on the News section.

Articles need to be supplied in text format, within the body of an email for submission. ([email protected])

We usually see articles included on Google within the month, however for those wanting articles to be 'indexed' we cannot guarantee this and cannot force this to be done, as this may have a detrimental effect to the article and our website.

An article may take a while to be indexed or may not be, mainly as statistics show that Google does not like articles with a redirection.

We hope those supplying articles are aware of how Digital Marketing works and supply us with well written Motorcycle related articles. 

If you need the article to be indexed and/or presume that we have the power to make this happen, we are not the place for you to publish an article. As we are not Google, we do not have the authority to guarantee this.
In fact presuming this is foolish, misguided and we have found, a mistake made by some who are not so knowledgeable in how Digital Marketing and Google works. 

Sometimes it can take months for the indexing, which is mentioned in this article as - Indexing speed. 

Articles supplied with a sponsored link, will include article supplied at the bottom of the article.

Once we have published an article payment is due and we cannot cancel. 

Once a booking has been agreed, then invoiced and paid, this cannot be cancelled. 

If we have had dealing with a business prior, where payment has been delayed, we may then for any future bookings require pre-payment. 
 
As we do not allow a booking to be cancelled once agreed, we do not also give a refund on any payment for said booking.

Any prerequisites need to be confirmed prior to booking. 

Making multiple requests for changes in any form of advertising, after the initial 48 hours of publishing, may be refused. This includes requests for indexing and/or change in the invoice and will incur a £10 fee.

'If' a client does not renew, we may leave the text (part of or whole) on the website if we deem it to be of relevant information to our visitors.

An invoice will be issued to you, for payment made by paypal in £, within 7 days of said article being published.
