Chavasse House has a large living room with an open wood fire, two bathrooms, four large bedrooms and sleeps up to twelve guests. Situated in the heart of the French Alps, just outside the picturesque mountain village of Vaujany, a totally renovated and cosily decorated catered chalet awaits. Eight en-suite bedrooms are spacious and pleasantly furnished, six with a balcony or private terrace. Enjoy a breakfast of fresh fruit, homemade scones and French patisserie, served in the ambiance of a 500 years old renovated cellar. The chalet has spectacular views over the Vallee de l’Eau d’Olle and the Grandes Rousses Massiff; the name is derived from the fact that it is deep red coloured at sunset. Over an excellent glass of wine or chilled beer, you can watch a fantastic sunset from one of the terraces of the chalet.
