With a 4* hostel status, the six rooms are varied for 2 to 5 people, one en-suite rooms with separate ladies and gents showers and toilets. Total accommodation for up to 23. Interestingly, the visitor accommodation used to be the pigsties and part of the lounge was a coal house! There is a picture in the lounge showing various stages of construction. On site facilities include; self catering kitchen with dining table, well appointed tv lounge with log fire, internet access, courtyard garden with bbq, hair dryers available on request, with a continental breakfast provided. Local amenities include village pubs, restaurants, food delivery services and shops in the nearby village of Heddon on the Wall. Ideal location for the Hadrians Wall Path, exploring the beautiful and historic county of Northumberland, woodland trails, rugged moorland and hills, castles, Keilder Water & Forest Park and some of the most beautiful and deserted beaches in the UK.
