    On 7 November, EICMA 2023 opens its doors to the international press. Touratech will of course also be represented at the Milan fair with an impressive range of new products. A little preview.

    Touratech accessories for the new BMW R 1300 GS

    As one of the world's first manufacturers, Touratech will show the brand new BMW R 1300 GS in Milan fully equipped with accessories developed in-house. The portfolio includes aluminium pannier systems with a model-specific stainless steel rack in combination with ZEGA Evo, ZEGA Pro or ZEGA Mundo panniers. Touratech is breaking new ground in vehicle protection with the "Sport" engine crash bar, which has an integrated crash pad. A conventional engine crash bar, a fairing crash bar, a robust engine protector and inner pockets specially developed for the new BMW Vario cases are further highlights.

    The new Vario luggage system from the BMW Motorrad original accessories range for the R 1300 GS represents a real breakthrough in terms of usability, comfort and design. The elegant luggage pieces work seamlessly with the vehicle's central locking system, have interior lighting and stepless volume regulation - cutting-edge technology engineered and made by Touratech. Also made by Touratech are the stainless steel crash bars and the topcase rack for the new GS.

  2. DORE & REES TO STAGE THEIR FIRST CLASSIC BIKE AUCTION AT THE BRISTOL CLASSIC BIKE SHOW

    The renowned auction house is revving up the excitement for lovers of classic motorbikes with a stunning lineup of vintage two-wheeled bikes up for bid. 

    Legendary motorbikes are set to go under the hammer at The Bristol Classic MotorCycle Show taking place February 24-25 at The Royal Bath and West Showground in Shepton Mallet. From the elegant to the eccentric, this auction will feature over 100 classic and collectors' bikes going under the gavel. 

    Dore & Rees unmatched reputation for finding quality lots ensure this auction offers something for everyone. Whether you are an avid collector, a history buff, or just a classic bike enthusiast, Dore & Rees will be auctioning off some of the best bikes the South West has to offer.

    The Bristol Classic MotorCycle Show is an annual event that brings together thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts, collectors, and club members from all over the world. The event also offers one of the earliest chances of the year for visitors to stock up on classic parts, spares, accessories, and riding gear for the season ahead. It's a popular date on the motorcycling event calendar, attended by more than 16,000 like-minded enthusiasts every year.  

    Discounted tickets are on sale for the show, with a one-day adult pass costing just £15.00. Tickets will also be available on the gate at £18.00 – youngsters aged 16 and under get free admission. Free parking is available on site.

    Let’s go…ride to Motorcycle Live with Completely Motorbikes!

    Join the official ride-in to Motorcycle Live on Saturday 18th November from Completely Motorbikes with riders including BSB stars, Jason O’Halloran and Max Cook.

    Starting off at the Completely Motorbikes showroom in Hinckley at 8am, participating riders will be treated to live star-studded interviews with the newly-unveiled Completely Motorbikes Kawasaki FS-3 Racing BSB team, and treated to a free burger* and hot drink.

    After a full briefing by the route organisers and marshals from Warwickshire and West Midlands Training School, riders will begin the journey to the UK’s biggest and most interactive motorcycle show.

    Upon arrival at the NEC, Birmingham, free bike parking will be provided in the indoor Honda Bike Park, so all that’s left to do is get out your pre-booked tickets to the show and enjoy a great day out!

The BBQ will be fired up and the kettles on to make sure that attendees have a nice warm breakfast on show opening day!” 

    Participation in the ride is free, entry to Motorcycle Live will need to be purchased separately in advance or on the day. Advanced ticket prices are £23** for an adult and children 6-18 just £2.50*** – under 5’s are free***. Group discounts are available for 10+ tickets - and all members don’t have to come on the same day.

  4. Meet the 2023 Bennetts BSB Champion at Motorcycle Live!

    Fans of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship have the opportunity to meet the newly-crowned Bennetts BSB Champion, Tommy Bridewell, as well as other top riders, during the dedicated 'BSB Day' at Motorcycle Live on Sunday 19 November.

    Kicking the show off in style on the first weekend, show-goers can look forward to a packed day full of all things 'Bennetts BSB', including live interviews on the Black Horse Stage, team unveilings and multiple signing sessions. Practice that selfie smile as there will be lots of chances to bag a picture with your favourite riders too...

    Other top names attending on BSB Day will be Championship runner-up Glenn Irwin, 2023 Quattro Group British Supersport Champion Ben Currie, and ABK Beer 0% BMW Motorrad F 900 R Cup Champion Richard Cooper. Other top names attending are Kyle Ryde, Andrew Irwin, Storm Stacey, Ryan Vickers and Danny Kent.
