A family run York B&B conveniently located a five minute walk to the York Barbican and onto the city centre, by taking a lovely riverside walk. Friendly knowledgeable staff, with experience of the local areas, who are happy to help with advice on where to visit and what you can do with your time in historical York.

Seven en-suite letting rooms, with tea and coffee making facilities, free-view televisions, hairdryers and a self-service full continental Breakfast included, served from 7.45am until 9.30am in the dining room. Also two bedroom apartments.

In a great location just outside the busy city centre, within easy walking distance of the many attractions, such as Jorvick Viking Centre, York Minster, National Railway Museum, Fairfax House and Ghost Walks. There is also a local bus service that takes you into the city.

A previous guest said "Very nice place to stay, polite and helpful staff, they make you feel very welcome. About a 15 min walk into the main city with a few pubs and places to eat on the way. The room and breakfast were very pleasant". Free Wi-Fi. Drying room and Motorcycle washing facilities. Private parking at the rear.
